Cost RM220 for an eye assessment which is fully conducted by the optometrists and you won’t get a chance to meet the consultant ophthalmologist until you decide to do the surgery on the spot or make a separate consultation after the eye assessment. They also didn’t allow me to take back my full report upon my request and said they have to keep it, and the only thing that they’ll give you is the summary report. I gave 2 instead of 1 because the optometrist was actually really friendly and nice, which was the redeeming quality of the eye assessment.

Bought my toddler for eye examination because of squint eye. Orthopist Sweet Wei and all assistants we met are very friendly and patience. They make my toddler felt comfy with all eye tests and even eye drop! There are toys to keep her entertaining. My toddler is now keep asking when can we revisit again. Thank you for being so prof and I highly recommend to other parents.

Doctor do not seem to be friendly and patient, and gets agitated when asked about post issues related to an eye procedure. Not patient-friendly and seems only to get the patient in and out in a hurry. Not much time spent to advice or brief patients about the post procedure effects. Doctor and staff there should practice patient and care as we as patients when it comes to eye, we need the doctor and the staffs to explain clearly the effects and the quality of the visions before and after the procedure. And not only after the procedure when patient discovers issues , only then impatiently explained (as though they are being bothered) and argued that the doctor has explained thoroughly the post results and effects prior to the procedure. We as patient, whether the doctor did explained before or not, should and perform their duty as doctors , explain to his patient again when the patient raise the concerns. It seems that they want you in in out within 5 mins and give you a bill of Rm260 for consultation.

Doctor is experienced and good, however customer service isn’t optimal with a few hours of long wait time, and minimal support and contact with the doctor despite high price consultation fees, after hours of waiting, see doctor for 5-10 min will cost a minimum of rm100 and above, depends on the condition. Highly profit maximization, and very minimal support and care even with the amount of money spent.

1) they made reminder call one week before , not one day before, which make no sense to me 2) requested a letter of appointment to travel to KL from Selangor, no people entertain me (staff name Nicole Lee) 3) charge rm330 for one consultation which being told same thing btw, they hide their Facebook reviews, not sure why I will opt for another clinic, thanks
